By accessing or using myCalSync (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
myCalSync mirrors your busy time across connected Google and Microsoft calendars by creating placeholder "blocker" events. It is provided for the convenience of invited users.
The Service has no public registration. Accounts are created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any applicable law.
The Service integrates with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook/Graph. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or calendar events, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
The Service and its content are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.
The operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
