What is myCalSync?
myCalSync is a calendar-synchronization service. Connect your Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook calendars, and myCalSync mirrors your busy time between them — whenever you're busy on one calendar, it automatically blocks that time on your others, so colleagues never book over you. To do this, myCalSync requests read and write access to your Google Calendar, which you grant through Google OAuth and can revoke at any time.
How we use your data
Google CalendarWe read your calendar events to understand your availability, and create "blocker" events on your other calendars so your free/busy time stays consistent. This access is granted through Google OAuth and can be revoked any time.
Microsoft OutlookWe read your calendar events and create blocker events the same way, through your Microsoft account.
